GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The above-quoted rates are subject to a 10% Service Charge and 15% VAT that attracts a compound calculation (26.5%). If for any reason the Government duty structure changes and/or the Government impose additional supplementary duties/taxes on hotel services then, the new structure will be applicable with the quoted rates.
  • All payments shall be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with the current conversion rate of the hotel.
  • This offer is not an authorization to extend any credit
  • This offer is valid for this event

 

CONFIRMATION DETAILS

Menus, beverage arrangements, entertainment audio-visual requirements, room set-ups, and starting and finishing times must be confirmed in writing at least days prior to the function.

DEPOSIT AND CONFIRMATION POLICY

30% of the estimated total is required to be deposited by cash /credit card /account payee cheque at the time of formalizing/confirming the booking.

All cheques and payments are subject to realization and realized receipts should be available to the hotel before the cut-off period as mentioned above.

GUARANTEED NUMBERS

Confirmation of numbers is required at least 03 working days prior to the event. If your actual number of guests is above the guaranteed number, including entertainers, photographers, drivers, and other assisting personnel, we shall endeavor to serve food to the additional persons, kindly notify the event coordinator to confirm the same. Also the hotel does not take responsibility of delays in serving additional persons if not informed in adequate time.

DURATION

  • If the function/event exceeds the closing time as stated on the offer, as a courtesy the first hour will be given free of charge.
  • Thereafter each additional hour will be charged at the rate of 2,000/- Net
  • Additional hours will only be permitted at the discretion of the
  • No function will be allowed beyond 11.30 pm due to sound restrictions as the hotel is located in a residential area.

COMPLIANCE

The Organizer/Host will be responsible to ensure that the orderly behavior of their guests, whilst the Hotel reserves the right to remove any persons who, in its opinion, conducts him/herself in a manner causing a disturbance or a nuisance.

DAMAGES

 

Organizers are liable for all loss or damage sustained by Hotel Property whether through their own action or through the action of their appointed contractors, employees or guests. This also entails that nothing is to be nailed, screwed or fixed to any wall, door or surface, which forms part of the Hotel structure.

 

GUIDELINES FOR MEETING ROOMS AND FUNCTION HALLS

  • No halogen lights at the venue
  • Decorative lights, has to be LED
  • No naked wired connections
  • No decorations attached on the wall and roof
  • No outside sound system at the venue
  • No Aerosol/Foam Party sprays are permitted.

 

OTHER FUNCTIONS

The Hotel reserves the right to book other functions in the same function room up to one hour before the scheduled function commencement time and one hour after the scheduled function finishing time.

 

FIRE / HEALTH & SAFETY

The Hotel retains the right to setup any set up to ensure fire, health & safety codes are not violated.

 

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF GOODS

The Hotel will only accept delivery of goods within a minimum of three hours prior to the Event, and all goods must be removed from the hotel with in 3 hrs. after the event. These items are subject to security checks. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for any items delivered or left for collection.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation must be done in writing (Either by letter or email) prior today the evening 7 pm of the event date by the designated person / Host.

 

The cancellation charge policy is as below:

14 days prior or to the event date – No cancellation charges Within 07 days of the event date – 20% of the total projected bill Within 03 days of the event date – 50% of the total projected bill
